The White Knight was born from a collaboration between Jack Knight and long-time friend and lifelong surfer Mark Atkinson. It was originally designed as a mid-length for surfers who still wanted to surf with performance, but appreciated the extra paddle power, glide and forgiveness that comes with a little more length and volume.

The outline is based around a balanced double-ender plan shape, carrying width and volume evenly from nose to tail. Rather than being a front-footed cruiser, it's designed to be surfed from the tail. It paddles easily, feels stable under your feet and still responds when you step back and put it on rail. At the same time, it can just as comfortably be surfed from the middle of the board, drawing smooth, flowing lines when a more relaxed approach is called for.

Inspired by the performance shapes of the '70s and early '80s, it takes the feel of those boards and adapts it into a versatile mid-length. A flatter entry rocker helps it paddle and glide into waves with ease, while the added tail rocker works with the wider slot channel to loosen the tail and keep the board responsive through turns.

The White Knight was designed around the 7'0" to 7'6" range, where the balance of paddle power, glide and tail-driven performance really comes together. However, it's also an adaptable design that can be built much shorter or longer to suit the individual surfer if required.

In keeping with the original concept, every White Knight is finished in full white pigment with a pin-line colour of your choice.

The Flow Twin was born from a late 70s Fluid Foils twin fin that Jack shaped decades ago. A board that recently made its way back to the shaping bay and reignited something special.

With its classic outline, low rocker, flatter deck and fuller rails, it’s built for speed and flow. The extra foam through the centre gives you more paddle power and glide in average surf where you need to generate your own speed.

The bottom features a double concave with vee, plus a soft 70s-style curve channel between the fins. There’s a slight bump/hip in the plan shape and subtle fluted rail through the tail to keep things sensitive when you’re on rail.

Set up with a tighter swallow tail and twin fin boxes, it’s a fast, drivey twin that still holds when pushed.

The Slot Channel Swallow is a performance shortboard that Jack has been shaping and refining for over two decades. It’s designed for surfers chasing speed, drive, and control in a board that can handle everything from playful points to punchier beach breaks.

At the heart of the design is the swallow tail — chosen for its ability to hold a clean line and generate speed with ease, especially in steeper sections. The bottom runs single to double concave with vee, finished with a soft slot channel under the back foot that helps the board accelerate and stay responsive off the tail.
