How do I order a board?

Start by submitting an enquiry through our order form. We’ll follow up with a phone call or message to discuss what you’re after — whether it’s a full custom or something based on one of our tried-and-tested models.

If you already know what you want, include as much detail as you can — dimensions, shape, colours, etc. If not, we’re happy to help guide you toward the right board.

Do you keep any boards in stock?

Yes — we often have a small selection of stock boards available, including one-offs, demos, or extras from the rack. These are built to the same standard as our customs and are ready to go.

How long will my board take?

Custom builds usually take around 2–6 weeks, depending on the build queue, glassing details, and finish. We'll give you a timeframe once your order is confirmed.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes — a deposit is required to lock in your build. We'll send through payment details once the board is finalised.

Can I pick up my board?

Absolutely. Boards can be picked up from our workshop in the Tweed Valley or from Jack's shaping bay in Miami on the Gold Coast. Let us know what works best for you when we finalise your order.

Do you ship?

Yes — we ship across Australia. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of the board. We’ll provide a shipping quote before we confirm your order.
